Levels of Care

Based upon the health status and/or the amount of assistance needed, we assign a level of care to our residents. The levels are as given below:

BASIC LEVEL (Tier-1):

Residents function independently, or may require cuing or occasional/ very little assistance with their daily activities. No medication assistance provided.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (Tier-2):

Residents function independently, or may require cuing or occasional/ very little assistance with their daily activities. No medication assistance provided.

ADVANCE LEVEL (Tier-3):

Residents need hands-on assistance with daily activities, and/or medication assistance provided.

We provide the following standard services irrespective of the level of care a resident needs:

• Three nutritious meals and snacks as needed (complex/ therapeutic diet regimens not provided)
• In-room housekeeping once a week
• Laundry services for personal and non-personal (facility provided linen etc.) once a week
• Use of common areas and amenities available to residents on a first come, first serve basis
• Non-medical transportation/ scheduled outings as planned by resident council
• All rooms equipped with 1 microwave and 1 mini- refrigerator
