Oct., 2020: The Ohio Department of Health awarded a license to Alpine House of Maple Heights following a two-day licensing survey that concluded on Oct. 7, 2020.
Located near Cleveland, Ohio, Alpine House of Maple Heights resulted from nearly a year long renovation project. The property has a rich history from its previous uses as a senior independent living apartment complex, an assisted living facility, and a one-time hotel that hosted Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash.
The 5-story, 99-unit facility will once again serve the community as a full-service assisted living (residential care) facility.
