June 23, 2022: In July, Alpine Healthcare will be acquiring its sixth residential care facility, Bethany Place, located in Fremont, Ohio, approximately 40 miles southeast of Toledo. The facility currently houses 16 residential care and 30 independent living (total 46) units, all one or two-bedroom units ranging from 350-690 sf. The acquisition will add independent living to Alpine’s service line that includes assisted living and home healthcare currently. It will cause an increase in its total unit capacity to 333 (303 residential care/ assisted living + 30 independent living) units across six facilities in Ohio. Some of the units are certified for double occupancy. Staff members and management of Alpine Healthcare look forward to welcoming new members of their team and the existing residents of Bethany Place.
The change in operations will be effective July 1, 2022. After the ownership change, the facility will be renamed as Alpine House of Fremont.
